It's All About the Color - Ellie's Portrait

This is the portrait that I did for Ellie. In many ways it was the most difficult one to put together. The original image of her that I wanted to use presented a challenge.

This one went through many mutations, many of which were simply too busy. I also struggled with how to ground the photo, but not make it look too scrapbook-like.

This is one of my favorite photos of her. I feel the same way.
